When you are asked to present your ideas before a group, how do you feel? Nervous? Anxious? Fearful that you’ll say something wrong or forget what you want to say? While it is normal, the fear of public speaking prevents us from taking advantage of opportunities that can lead to success.

In today’s episode, we speak to Ken Fleisher. He helps people with speaking anxiety permanently overcome their fears, so they don’t miss out on opportunities. This allows them to communicate confidently no matter who their audience is. Ken’s approach to helping people overcome their fear of public speaking involves focusing on how they can effectively communicate instead of worrying about what others think.

Ken shares how he started his coaching business and the training he had to go through to help people overcome their fear of public speaking. He explains how speaking anxiety affects 75 percent of the population.

As Ken explains, speaking fright can be a contributing factor to people procrastinating, which is why fright affects other areas of a person’s life. He offers practical tips on overcoming your fear of public speaking and some inspiration for those interested in starting their own coaching business.

If you are interested in starting your own wisdom business, here’s a tip from Ken:
